Check in: from 15:00 to 20:00 or at different times upon notice (with supplement).

Check out: BEFORE and NOT MORE THAN 11.00 am, to allow final cleaning and guarantee the room on time to arriving guests.

On arrival it will be necessary to present an identity document (passport, identity card, driving license).

At the end of the stay the client is required to return all towels provided by the property, all bed linen, pillowcases and pillows. Otherwise there is a penalty of € 10.00 for each missing piece.

At the end of the stay, each guest must return the keys, in case of loss, he will be required to pay € 10.00 for each lost key.

Overnight stays for persons other than those registered in the apartment are prohibited.

Keep the environment in order; we recommend a proper and civil use of the toilets (use the special containers in the bathroom).

Maintain a behavior that in no way and at any time of the day damages the tranquility of others.
